Vision for Reconciliation
We acknowledge that the lands that we meet on today are the traditional lands of the Kaurna people and we respect Kaurna people’s spiritual relationship with country. We also acknowledge the Kaurna people as the custodians of the greater Adelaide region and that recognise that their cultural and heritage beliefs are of continued importance today.
We pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders of the past, present and emerging.

Our vision for Reconciliation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is:
 •         to build strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the community, bringing diverse groups together to learn  from one another and grow together towards a shared outcome.
 •         to strengthen respect, actively value
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives, foster belonging, and create unity amongst all.
 •         to acknowledge and recognise the histories and cultures of
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders and traditional owners past, present and emerging.

Our Vision for LGBTQIA+ inclusion is:
 •         to build strong relationships with LGBTQIA+ people within the community, bringing diverse groups together to learn  from one another and grow together towards a shared outcome.
 •         to strengthen respect, actively value, support and advocate for our children, families and staff identifying as LGBTQIA+

Reconciliation Action Plan
Our service, located on Kaurna Country, is proud to have developed a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to strengthen relationships,
respect and opportunities in the classroom, around the school and with the  community.  Our RAP developed through    Narra Gunna Wali

Rainbow Tick Accreditation
Our service was the first early education and care service in Australia to achieve Rainbow Tick Accreditation ensuring a safe and welcoming space for all members of our community.
Our LGBTQIA+ inclusive service does not tolerate homophobia, biphobia, intersexphobia and transphobia and it is your responsibility to behave in non-discriminatory ways.
"I have been lucky enough to have my 2 boys both attend PCEEC over the last 6 years. I am always incredibly grateful that we chose PCEEC as our childcare centre. It has a nurturing, supportive environment and it is a great feeling to know that while you are at work your kids are being looked after with the utmost care. They put lots of effort into their planning and development plans for each child. Lovely areas both indoors and outdoors for the kids to play. The educators are all fantastic and the staff retention rate is high so even though my boys are 4 years apart they have had the same educators. I would highly recommend the centre to any parents.  Cheers, Sarah"
